Terms of Service

1. The service

Namiolets you create a digital business card, share it via link, QR code, and wallet passes, and receive contacts back from people you meet. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you publish on your card. Don't impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or use the service to spam.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You own the content on your card. You grant us the limited right to host and display it so the service can function. If your subscription lapses, your public page degrades gracefully (name and contact save remain) rather than disappearing.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
